Off - Street Parking and Loading Standards <br />VIII. Art in Public Places (N /A) <br />IX. Conditions <br />In the event that the request is granted, the <br />building permit or any licenses: <br />to <br />(1) Upon the submittal of an application for building permit, the plans submitted shall meet with the <br />approval of the Planning and Zoning Administrator and be consistent with the specific site plan <br />approved by the City Commission. Plans shall include all the required elements of the site plan <br />pursuant to the City's Land Development Regulations. Should the plans be revised and result in a <br />change that would not be considered "minor" in accordance with Section 265 -18 of the City Code; <br />the Applicant shall be required to obtain another approval of the City Commission. <br />(2) That the project shall be developed substantially in accordance with the plans submitted for public <br />hearing. Plans are on file and may be examined in the City Clerk Offices for Sunny Isles Daycare <br />Corp (One sheet), dated Feb. 8, 2012. <br />(3) That the Applicant complies with all conditions and permit requirements of the Department of <br />Permitting, Environment, Regulatory Affairs (PERA), the Miami -Dade County Fire Department <br />(MDFD), Water and Sewer Department, (DCF) Department of Children and families, and (DOH) <br />Department of Health. <br />(4) That all signage associated with the location of the day care meet the requirements of the sign code. <br />(5) That the applicant obtains a Business License and a Certificate of Use from the City upon <br />compliance with all terms and conditions. The Business License and Certificate of Use shall be <br />subject to cancellation upon violation of any conditions. <br />(6) That the maximum allowable amount of children attending the Child Day Care shall be 25 and all <br />under the age of five (5) years old. <br />(7) Outdoor playground shall be fully enclosed by a 54 inches high iron -rod fence with privacy <br />screening, including a landscape buffer and solid bollards to be 84" apart.
