(4) That all signage associated with the location of the day care meet the requirements of the sign code. (5) That the applicant obtains a Business License and a Certificate of Use from the City upon compliance with all terms and conditions. The Business License and Certificate of Use shall be subject to cancellation upon violation of any conditions. (6) That the maximum allowable amount of children attending the Child Day Care shall be 25 and all under the age of five (5) years old. (7) Outdoor playground shall be fully enclosed by a 54 inches high iron -rod fence with privacy screening, including a landscape buffer and solid bollards to be 84" apart. A building permit for this barrier shall be submitted within 30 days of zoning approval. (8) Applicant shall not apply for an increase of the number of students before January 1, 2014.
