( "Sunny Isles Daycare "), to apply for Conditional Use approval of its proposed, 25 -child <br />daycare facility ( "Daycare Facility ") located at 17395 N. Bay Road, Unit 102 ( "Property "), a <br />1,633- square -foot suite within a 26,847- square -foot shopping center. Sunny Isles Daycare is <br />currently leasing the Property from Prince of Sunny Isles, LLC ( "Owner "), and more than two <br />years remain on the initial term of the lease. In support of our application, please find enclosed <br />the following: <br />1. Completed Public Hearing Application; <br />2. Site Plan for the Daycare Facility; <br />3.
