Cohen, City Manager <br /> <br />DATE: March 28, 2012 <br /> <br />RE: Recruitment Contract Agreement with Strategic Government Resources (SGR) <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the resolution approvmg a Recruitment <br />Contract Agreement with Strategic Government Resources (SGR). <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The City Manager would like to conduct a nation-wide search for the position of Director of <br />Organizational Development and Human Resources, and would like to utilize the services of <br />SGR for this purpose. <br /> <br />The fee for this recruitment is a not to exceed of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00), which <br />will come from the contracts line of the City Manager's Department. <br /> <br />Agenda Item _~ (l . <br />Date 3- 2~-l~ <br />
