T&M has reviewed the contents of the Request for Proposal, and <br />submits the enclosed response for your consideration. We understand that the scope of this assignment <br />includes developing a Security Master Plan for all public areas of the City of Sunny Isles Beach to include <br />facilities, parks, beaches and streets. Revisions to the proposal include clarification of the Mastex Security Plan <br />and All-Inclusive Pricing. <br /> <br />Given our proven experience in completing similar Plans for other cities and facilities, we are certain that we <br />will be able to provide thorough physical security and risk assessment services in furtherance of a <br />comprehensive Security Master Plan. T&.J.\{ has assembled an excellent team comprised of Subject Matter <br />Experts with specific experience related to Seeurity Consulting and Physical Engineering. Our team stands <br />ready to assist the City 'Jtith all of the services outlined in the RFP. <br /> <br />We are confident that our Proposal will demonstrate that T&.\1 is offering a well constructed approach and <br />has constituted a team that is fully capable of providing the requisite consultancy services.
