As you will see when our team member resumes are <br />introduced, the T&lv! security consulting team is an assemblage of seasoned professionals with years <br />of documented experience in the areas of community security plan.ning. risk assessment, <br />counterterrorism, Crime Prevention Through Environmentl! Design (CPTED), and other requisite <br />disciplines necessary to perform on this effort. Two of the T&M team members to be assigned to <br />this project possess the security credentials of Certified Protection Professional from ASIS <br />International. <br /> <br />Environmentsl Design Solutio... (Landscaping, Architecture & Lighting): As mwtioned <br />previously, T&M is an active user and proponent of the security discipline CPlTID. This discipline <br />requires practitioners to utilize environmental factors such as flow controL landscaping, lighting and <br />other available environmental features as mechanisms to reduce criminal behavior. Our team will <br />employ items such as casual surveillance and personal observability tlu:oughout our design concepts <br />and recommendations. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />System Selection: The seatrity system recommendations ofT&M will be provided with full <br />objectivity to the best interests of the client. The T&M team will not be influenced in the selection <br />process by any prior or current relationships with manufacturers, vendors or integrators. <br /> <br />o Open Architectu,e Security Sclutio..: The T&M design team will specify systems that <br />have multiple integration partners and utilize recognized industry standard compatibility <br />specifications to include non-proprietary compression standards, Open Network Video <br />Interface Forum (ONVIF) compliant video systems. etc. <br /> <br />o SYBrem,s Analysis and Recommendations: T&M has just completed a major systetn <br />review for a large utility provider in New Jersey. This project required anitnpattial review of <br />access control systems. situational awareness pktforms, video distribution systems and <br />internet protocol (lP) based camera systems.
