An order of magnitude construction cost estimate for purchase <br />and instJlllation of systems will be prepared and included. After coor<lination and review with City <br />representatives, the end results 'would be assembled in to a final Security Master Plan document that <br />addresses all aspects of securing the City and its patrons, <br /> <br />Phase 2 commences after review, conunent and agreement with the City regarding the system types to be <br />installed. locations, extent of monitoring and communications mediums back to the central monitoring <br />location.
