LLC - RFP # 12-01-02 - PAGE 10 <br /> <br />staffing, fixed posts, policies and ptocedures, security officer training, the handling of deliveries at the loading <br />dock, and access control for visitors and staff .into the Museum and within the Museum's sensitive areas. <br />Recommendations were provided that covered topics such as secu.city management, communications, Staffing <br />and emerging trends in technology that would be required for the Museum's Security Control Center. The <br />review examined crisis and emergency preparedness from both a strategic and a tactical perspective to ensure <br />that the Museum had the necessary fundamentals and personnel to fulJill an effective Crisis Management <br />Program. As a result of the review, T&M was com.m.issioned to assist the Museum in developing a structured <br />Crisis Management Team, a Crisis Management Plan and Crisis Management and Personal Safety Training. <br />T&M also assessed the overall security program from both an office and a museum perspective to evaluate <br />protective measures as they related to protection of the priceless art work and other artifacts during a crisis <br />and maintaining operations during any associated recovery period. <br /> <br />Traffic Elllgineering On-Can Contract. Port A"IDOtity Facilities in NY & NJ <br />Client: Port Authority of New York & New Jersey <br />Consirtent!J awarded to GPI since 1988, this on-call contract generates approximately tS to 20 projects eath year <br />at various Authority facilities such as the Authority's hridges, tunnels, PATH facilities, bus terminal, and <br />airports. GPI's responsibilities include technical assistance on numerous individual assignments involving <br />safety studies, traffic impact analyses. planning studies, and operations improvements; development of <br />contract plans for signing, signals and pavement markings; development of maintenance and protection of <br />traffic plans, parking studies and layouts; and access studies. pedestrian movements and signing graphics <br />layout for many of these same facilities. GPI's ability to provide quick response and outstanding engineering <br />design services has been the reason the Port Authority awards the firms continuous contracts. <br /> <br />Port Authority facilities for which GPI has provided design services include: <br />.
