<br /> <br />, ',-* <br /> <br />Section 3 <br />Scope of Services I Technical Specifications <br /> <br />3.0 <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />J <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Project Management and Engineering Consulting Services necessary for the undergrounding of all <br />overhead electric, telephone and cable TV utilities within the city limits of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />Work shall include but not be limited to: <br /> <br />Coordination of all the design work by the service entities involved <br />Coordination of all permitting needed to complete the work. <br />Cost estimates and budgeting for all work necessary <br />Preparation of RFP for installation contracting services, Contract Procurement and total <br />Project Management of the work <br />Feasibility studies <br />Utility negotiations <br />Consolidated construction plans <br />Construction Administration <br />Neighborhood/resident information and status updates <br />Utilization and implementation of the latest utility technology <br />Coordination & management of all public information/out-reach meetings and notices <br />Provide project team with single point of contact for City Manager and Staff. <br /> <br />The sub-consultant will be required to work with the City and the service entities to establish the <br />phasing & scheduling of the project. <br /> <br />3.1 BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Portions of the undergrounding have already been completed by FPL. The consultant shall <br />familiarize themselves with the extent of the undergrounding already by contacting the <br />appropriate FPL representatives. <br /> <br />3.2 COORDINATION <br /> <br />The consultant shall coordinate when necessary with all utilities such as FPL, North Miami Beach, <br />Atlantic Broadband and Etc. <br /> <br />END OF SECTON <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 12-03-01 <br /> <br />
