The actual site development application for the <br />proposed building has been submitted separately for your review. <br /> <br />The present application requests the placement of a temporary sales center on the <br />property which is located on the east side of Collins Avenue. The actual sales center will be a <br />modular structure. It will consist of approximately 5,000 squm'e feet. The sales center will <br />provide for a model of the typical unit and a sales area. All code requirements of the city will be <br />satisfied to include accessibility, sanitary connections etc. <br />
