<br />; but not limited to exposed ceilings.
<br />; . UWC will not be held responsible for damage caused by fumes, dust and smoke that may enter to the
<br />: property while the work is in progress.
<br />t . Ifthere is and exposed ceiling, must be brought to our attention immediately. We are required by
<br />Florida Code to nail deck with y., nail, there may be occasions where nails will go through wood and
<br />appear on the inside property. UWC will not be held responsible for repairing anything inside or any,
<br />personal injuries. j "
<br />. UWC will not be responsible for sidewalks, driveways, lawn, landscape, septic tanks, awnings, fences,
<br />. screens, enclosures, pipes, water lines, antennas, solar heater, wires, phone lines, pool equipments, water i I
<br />,. systems etc above and undergrounds. '
<br />. No carpentry work, wood work, painting, plastering stucco, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, air condition' 1
<br />are inc1uded in this contract unless we maid specials notes.
<br />, . Owner shall be responsible for secure, remove and protect water lines, gas lines, pool areas, satellite
<br />; dishes, cars, trailers etc.
<br />, . UWC will not be responsible for any areas of pounding water on any flat roof deck.
<br />'; . The cost of any engineering calculation, any test of asbestos, mold, deck load will be at owner
<br />, expenses.
<br />; . The contract covers only the work which is specified and does not covers any additional work which is
<br />:' determined necessary by Universal World Construction.
<br />! . Work done, or attempted to be done, on this roof of any kind by others than Universal World
<br />, Construction relieves the warrantor from any further obligation there under.
<br />. All work to be done or guaranteed shall be set in above specifications. No promises, verbal or

<br />. In the event that owner/authorized agent fails to make payments as specified in contract, all fees, i
<br />attorney, permits cost, court cost, liens, materials, collection agencies are to be paid in full by Owner to )'

<br />. Universal World Construction also reserves the rights to cancel warranty and stop the work at any time
