Great job. <br />Henry Oaikhena, PE., Project Manager <br /> <br />Punta Gorda Hendrickson Dam Inspections & Due Di/iqence Report <br />I am writing to express our appreciation for the work provided by Stanley Consultants for the <br />Hendrickson Dam Spillway Replacement Project. The spillway serves as the main discharge <br />structure for a 273-square mile drainage basin. The spillway replacement required careful planning <br />and project management to insure work completion during the hydrologic low-flow season of the <br />watershed. The value of establishing a critical time schedule and completing the project within the <br />schedule can not be overstated. Stanley recognized this as a primary matter and continually <br />coordinated work to conform to the project schedule. <br /> <br />The Stanley team consisted of professionals with specialized skills required to design, permit and <br />manage construction of our project. We would like to particularly recognize the attention to detail <br />and management of activities from the planning stage through construction stage. It was <br />instrumental in the success of our project. Our project was completed on schedule within the <br />project budget, and required no significant plan changes and no contract change orders.
