As a consultant for the Florida Depatiment of TranspOliation <br />(FOOT), I was asked to review the analysis and documentation prepared by Ms. Arena for the <br />project. I found her work to be complete and accurate. She demonstrated a thorough <br />understanding and COlTect application of FOOT and Federal Highway Administration noise <br />study guidelines and procedures. The Noise Study RepOli Addendum, which she prepared, was <br />clear and well written. She was very responsive to requests for additional information and <br />worked hard to meet an aggressive project schedule.
