<br />Curtis + Rogers' management approach includes the direct involvement of Principals of the firm throughout all aspects of the
<br />project, from goal formulation'to final project turnout. Our approach is lead by 4 registered Landscape Architects, all with their
<br />own levels of expertise, all having worked together for over 17 years in projects of this nature,

<br />The Managing Principal for this project will be Aida M, Curtis, ASLA. Aida, in addition to being one of the Principals/Owners of the
<br />company, is a registered landscape architect with close to 30 years of experience in a variety of landscape architectural projects.
<br />Aida will be directly involved as the primary point of contact, and communicator with the City of Sunny Isles. In addition to the
<br />Managing Principal, our team has designated a Project Manager. In this case, Office Manager Espe Kelly, RLA, LEED AP will be
<br />providing that role. Espe's role in the project will be the in-house production and consultant coordinator, She will ensure that bud-
<br />gets and schedules are adhered to and that regular internal team coordination meetings are held to review issues and solutions,
<br />Working closely with the Managing Principal and Project Coordinator, will be our team's Senior Designers - Richard H. Rogers,
<br />FASLA and Gerry Marston, FASLA. Dick and Gerry are both registered landscape architects with over 50 years of experience, they
<br />have been responsible for the design of numerous, widely recognized park, recreational and open space projects, Depending on
<br />the particular assignments and schedules, Dick and Gerry will be at the forefront of the project development, working closely with
<br />the Managing Principal and interacting with the City in developing alternatives and solutions to the proiect elements, providing
<br />quality control and coordinating with the production efforts so the original design intent is carried throughout project construction,
<br />Both Dick and Gerry have taught at various colleges and universities, in the landscape architecture departments,
<br />
<br />Curtis + Rogers Design Studio, Inc. (C+R) will direct the efforts of a multi-disciplinary team with unparalleled qualifications in
<br />urban park and recreational facilities. Our team addresses every aspect of the project: including landscape architecture, architec-
<br />ture, civil, coastal and environmental engineering, and surveying. Our team has extensive experience in the complete development
<br />of projects from conceptual designs, through implementation and close-out.

<br />Coastal Systems International, Inc. will be providing civil engineering, coastal and environmental permitting if needed. Coastal's
<br />extensive experience in recreational projects and their proven relationships with the permitting entities will prove highly valuable for
<br />the successful execution of this project, Mr, Alyn Pruett, with Campus and Community Strategize, will provide architectural services
<br />as needed, Mr, Pruett has 37 years of experience in architecture focused at park, recreational and campus facilities, His experi-
<br />ence also includes extensive capabilities in the programming of these spaces, Finally, Ardeman and Associates will be providing
<br />the topographic survey called out in the scope of services.
