Her <br />responsibilities include coordination with project teams and regulatory <br />agencies relative to code compliance requirements for securing <br />environmental permit approvals at local, county, state, and federal <br />levels. She specifically manages projects involving coastal and <br />environmental permit applications, marine turtle lighting permit <br />applications and other specialized regulatory agency requirements. <br /> <br />Ms. Cabrera's project management responsibilities include coordination <br />and review of project design plans, marine resource assessments, and <br />other technical/legal data required to efficiently obtain environmental <br />and construction pennits. She also assists project teams in facilitating <br />project design relative to code compliance and permit issuance. <br /> <br />REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />South Pointe Park, Miami Beach, Florida <br />CLIENT: City of Miami Beach <br />Provided environmental and civil permitting servIces for an award <br />winning multi-purpose recreational park area in excess of 16-acres, <br />Activities include the construction of a main park structure with <br />offices/concession/restrooms, a storage facility for park vehicles, a <br />raised serpentine walkway, and playground facilities. <br /> <br />Capri, Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />CLIENT: Adache Architects. <br />Development a 26-story hotel with five (5) levels of parking/retail <br />structure. Obtained environmental resource permits from the Florida <br />Department of Environmental Protection that included lighting review <br />from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Also <br />provided Florida Building Code, City Code, and Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency flood compliance reviews. <br /> <br />South of Fifth, Miami Beach, Florida <br />CLIENT: BR Villa Luisa, LLC. <br />Development of four condominium buildings on top of a garage <br />pedestal with an on-grade pool deck area and dune restoration project. <br />Provided coastal permitting and engineering services that included <br />permits from the Florida DepaJ1ment of Environmental Protection and <br />marine tm1le lighting review through the Florida Fish and Wildlife <br />Conservation Commission.
