<br />. Coordinate meetings with City staff/City consultants to discuss elements of the project <br />necessary to finalize a design that will require Commission approval. Proposer shall be <br />available for said presentations upon request. <br /> <br />3.8 DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br />. Provide complete design services once the conceptual approval of the design has been <br />provided by the City Manager. <br /> <br />. Provide drawings at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% permittable. Proposer shall coordinate with <br />all agencies having jurisdiction and must comply with all requests made by said agencies. <br />These agencies may include but are not limited to Miami Dade County, the City of North <br />Miami Beach, City of Sunny Isles Beach, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, <br />the US Coast Guard, the Army Corps of Engineers, PERA and others as necessary. <br /> <br />. Provide services needed in order to obtain final permit sets. This may include attending <br />development review meetings or any other number of meetings that may be required in <br />order for the City to accept and approve any aspect of the concept to be provided. <br /> <br />. Provide electronic and hardcopies of any design developed in sufficient quantities as required <br />by the City representative. <br /> <br />. Coordinate and present conceptual, progress and final design to commission <br /> <br />. Provide all aspects of pre-design services depicted in the pre-design services above. <br /> <br />3.9 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />. Provide complete construction administration services to ensure that the project or projects <br />are completed in accordance with the City requirements. <br />. Process Contractor's Request for Information (RFI'S) and Submittals <br />. Process Contractor's Change Order requests and Pay Applications <br /> <br />3.10 FIELD VERIFICATION <br /> <br />. Proposer must perform all necessary field verifications to ensure that all aspects of existing <br />elements are CLEARLY understood. Proposer must base the design on field information. No <br />additional compensation shall be provided to the vendor for field conditions not understood <br />and/or observed. <br /> <br />. Proposer must take into consideration the location of all underground utilities prior to <br />designing the foundations of the structures. <br /> <br />.
