Project Manager <br />for a new courthouse which will contain approximately <br />137,805 square feet of space in a multi-story structure <br />including six courtrooms, judicial chambers, Clerk of Court <br />support space, and offices for the State Attorney and Public <br />Defender. The complex also includes parking for 375 cars. <br /> <br />Clay County Courthouse Expansion & Renovation, Green <br />Cove Springs, FL <br />Project Manager for a 4-story 89,000 square feet addition to <br />the existing courthouse to include four new state of the art <br />courtrooms, prisoner hold ing cells, eight judicial chambers, <br />and consolidated offices for the Clerk of Court, as well as <br />building support spaces. Renovation work in the existing <br />74,000 square feet courthouse included the redesign of the <br />State Attorney, Public Defender, and miscellaneous court <br />support space. <br /> <br />Nassau County Courthouse, Yulee, FL <br />Project Manager. AECOM provided design services for <br />the new 111,569 square feet county courthouse, the first <br />building constructed on Nassau County's new Government <br />Center site. The courthouse featured four courtrooms <br />and judicial chambers, offices for the Clerk of Courts, the <br />Sheriff, the State Attorney, the Public Defenders and a <br />Grand Jury suite. <br /> <br />State of Florida, Third District Court of Appeal <br />Reconfiguration, Miami, FL <br />Having served as the primary A/E/I firm on the Third District <br />Court of Appeals, AECOM has been asked to renovate the <br />existing public parking and entry to the main courthouse <br /> <br />A::-coM <br /> <br />building for the purpose of implementing current judicial <br />security standards. In addition to the improvements in <br />security, AECOM conducted an ADA study which resulted <br />in building renovations in order to bring the courthouse into <br />complete ADA compliance. <br /> <br />Glades County Courthouse Assessment and Renovations, <br />Moore Haven, FL <br />AECOM performed a study to identify the need for <br />improvements to a historic courthouse including <br />restoration of the historic courtroom along with the <br />replacement, upgrade and ADA compliance of the existing <br />facilities. <br /> <br />Justice AA Birch Justice Center and Ben West Building <br />Renovation, Nashville, TN <br />AECOM in association with a local firm provided complete <br />design services for the construction of a new 237,204 <br />square foot courts facility and the renovation of the <br />adjacent 39,400 square foot Ben West building. The six- <br />story justice center houses the criminal court components <br />of the Nashville-Davidson County court system. These <br />include 16 courtrooms and chambers, Sheriffs central <br />holding facilities, jury assembly, the General Sessions and <br />Trial Court Clerk of Court offices and other administrative <br />and support space. <br /> <br />Nashville/Davidson County Interim Courts Facility, <br />Nashville, TN <br />AECOM and Barge Wagner Sumner Cannon Inc. planned <br />and designed 156,330 square feet of space for interim use <br />while the new Ben West Courthouse and the renovation of <br />the Historic Courthouse are under construction. The interim <br />space will be utilized for 3 years. Housed in this space will <br />be 20 courtrooms and chambers and space for all clerks <br />and court administrators.
