Perez and Associates, Inc. was <br />responsible for the design and construction <br />administration ofthe LEAP Program at <br />MDC North Campus. <br /> <br />The 34,000 sf. remodeling/renovation project <br />is located within the second level of the existing <br />Library Building. The LEAP Program consisted <br />of (5) reading labs, (2) writing labs, (3) math labs, <br />(1) open lab, (5) offices, and other administrative <br />functions. <br /> <br />) <br />The LEAP Program Contemporary Design <br />and proposed building materials compliments <br />the new architecture style throughout the <br />campus. The strongly defined interior elevations <br />identifies and sets it apart from other areas and <br />serves as the facility's focal point inside the <br />second level of the Library.
