<br /> <br />-") Miami Dade County <br />Department of Environmental <br />Resources Management (DERM) <br /> <br />As a consultant to SRS, Laura M. Perez and <br />Associates, Inc performed Master Consultant services <br />for the DORM Program from 2002 to 2006. <br />The FEMA/DORM project is ajointly funded effort <br />supported by the Federal Government, State of Florida <br />and Miami Dade County intended to mitigate problems <br />that arose as a result of various storms. <br /> <br />As Master Consultant the team was responsible for <br />the coordination of approximately twelve (12) <br />engineering design consultants, seven (7) land <br />surveying firms involved in the design and construction <br />of approx. four hundred fifty (450) projects. <br />As part ofthe construction inspection services the team <br />was responsible for daily observations, meetings <br />inspection, material testing, pay app approval, and <br />scheduling for project totaling over $35,000,000. <br /> <br />Projects included drainage improvements, roadway <br />reconstruction, canal dredging, culvert cleaning and <br />canal bank restoration. <br /> <br />)LMP's responsibility included schedule review, <br />scheduling, data management and document control. <br /> <br />Clien t: <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County (DERM) <br /> <br />Location: <br /> <br />Dade County <br /> <br />Project: <br /> <br />FEMAlDORM <br />Program Master Consultant <br /> <br />Completion: <br /> <br />December 2006 <br /> <br />.> Cost: <br /> <br />Total cost $4,000,000 in fees <br />Total Construction Cost $35,000,000 <br /> <br />LAURA M.
