<br />The scope of work at Miami Lakes Educational Center
<br />included the program, design, bidding and construction
<br />administration services for the addition, remodeling and
<br />renovation areas. This included a 6,000 square foot
<br />food management lab addition with classroom space,
<br />teacher's planning room, walk-in refrigerator and walk-
<br />) in freezer, dry storage and equipment storage as well as
<br />a 1,500 square foot addition of an appliance repair
<br />classroom.
<br />
<br />Remodeling scope included a 2,500 SF Cosmetology
<br />Lab, a 1,500 SF Dental Lab, and a 1,000 SF Business
<br />Lab. Other scope included ADA upgrades, maintenance
<br />repairs, painting, parking lot resurfacing, drainage
<br />upgrades and electrical upgrades.
