The interior design
J arranges spaces to provide maximum
efficiency for rescue and fire fighting
functions.

The station's Contemporary design and
proposed building materials complements
the surrounding architecture. The strongly
defined main elevations identifies and sets
it apart from other fire rescue stations and
serves as the facility's focal point. This is
achieved by means of height, change of
plane, color, texture and/or materials.

CUen t:

Metro Dade

Location:

Miami, Florida

Project:

Design Build
Fire Rescue Station.

Completion:

December 1999

Cost:

Total cost $950,000

,;,
MAIN ELEVATION

.'

.
