In addition to staff at CTA, Sub-consultants have been included to supplement and <br />enhance the capabilities of our team. The CTA team includes the premier architectural firm of <br />ACAI Associates, the environmental firm of The Chappell Group, the irrigation design from of <br />Masuen Consulting and the geotechnical firm of Tierra South Florida. This CTA team is the <br />exact same team that has designed numerous park facilities including the three passive parks <br />for the City of Sunrise, two of which are currently under construction. Through that <br />experience, the CTA team has developed the knowledge and expertise necessary to identify <br />potential problem areas during the conceptual and planning phase(s) of the project, an <br />extremely valuable tool in any municipal projects. Early identification and resolution of these <br />problem areas has proven to help eliminate delays and expenses often encountered during <br />the construction phase. <br /> <br />Being a local firm in South Florida for such an extensive period of time has significantly aided <br />us in strengthening and perfecting our expertise in this arena.
