<br />BACKGROUND
<br />
<br />Mr. Pryce has over forty years of experience surveying in South Florida. He has
<br />specialized in all aspects of the land surveying & mapping profession and has also
<br />utilized ESRI GIS software since 1990. Mr. Pryce has specialized training in BLM
<br />PLSS retracement surveys, legal research and resolving boundary disputes. Most
<br />recently Mr. Pryce has been fully trained on Leica 3D Laser Scanners and 3D
<br />Modeling for use in High Density Surveying of Commercial, Historical and Utility
<br />Sites. He has also been developing ways to analyze Aerial & Terrestrial Lidar data
<br />for City"wide Storm water and Drainage studies.

<br />Associates, Fort Lauderdale - Responsibilities include management and
<br />supervision of the Survey and GIS Department including 6 PSM's and all production
<br />of sketches, legal descriptions, plotting, surveys, coordination of client contracts,
<br />and various other survey"related duties as well as our new 3D laser scanning and
<br />modeling capabilities.

<br />GIS Coordinator / Service Manager / Professional Surveyor & Mapper (1997 -
<br />April 2006), Miller Legg & Associates, Inc., Pembroke Pines - Responsibilities as
<br />GIS Coordinator / Services Manager included GIS marketing research, Web
<br />development, client negotiations, presentations, QA/QC, and Project management
<br />of resources and staff on all GIS projects within Miller Legg's five Florida offices.
<br />Responsibilities as Senior Surveyor and Mapper included the integration of Survey,
<br />GIS, Engineering and Environmental Projects within the company and oversaw and
<br />managed large complicated survey projects that had boundary and legal problems.
<br />He also managed several Remote Sensing and Aerial Photogrammetry registration
<br />and rectification projects for the Environmental department.
<br />
<br />President / Owner (1992 - 1997), R.D. Pryce & Associates, Inc., Davie - Specialized
<br />in Surveying and GIS base mapping for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Instrumental
<br />in helping the Tribe's Real Estate Services and the Planning & Development
<br />Departments to organize and map their immense land holdings, covering
<br />approximately 100,000 acres in Florida on seven separate reservations: Big
<br />Cypress, Brighton, Hollywood, Coconut Creek, Immokalee, Fort Pierce, and Tampa
<br />Reservations.

<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />
<br />NW 44th Street Passive Park and Oakland Park Boulevard Passive Park, Sunrise -
<br />Topographic survey of sites for design of future parks for recreation and natural
<br />preserves. Project size is 40+ acres. Construction Cost: $8 Million.
<br />
<br />Biscayne Bay Coastal Wetland Project for SFWMD, 45,000 acres in Dade County -
<br />Project Manager and GIS Coordinator, Verified and Re-mapped the National
<br />Wetlands Inventory Index for wetlands / uplands from current aerial photography
<br />and ground truth 10% with GPS, final deliverable in ESRI GIS format. Cost:
<br />$96,000.00.
