<br />BACKGROUND
<br />
<br />Mr. Minter is an experienced surveyor with over 37 years surveying. He has
<br />performed many aspects of surveying in many different capacities including
<br />Project Surveyor, Field Crew Supervisor and Survey Crew Chief. He has surveyed
<br />several large scale projects from the beginning (design) to end (final construction)
<br />phases. Mr. Minter has also performed field and office work in boundary, route
<br />surveys, as-built, route, quantity, topographic, hydrographic, and location
<br />surveys. Mr. Minter is also fully trained on Leica 3D Laser Scanners and 3D
<br />Modeling for use in High Density Surveying, he has used this technology on several
<br />projects to obtain much needed critically accurate information under unique
<br />circumstances.

<br />Project Surveyor (2006 - Present) - Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc., Fort
<br />Lauderdale - Current responsibilities include a variety of types of surveys covering
<br />plats, construction, mortgage, subdivision, layout, boundary, condominium, water
<br />boundary, flood control, right-of-way, as-built and control surveys. Preparation of
<br />site plans, plats, surveys, sketch and descriptions, survey control plans, and right-
<br />of-way maps.

<br />Field Crew Supervisor (2004 - 2005) - Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc., Fort
<br />Lauderdale- Responsibilities include coordination of seven (7) field crews. Works
<br />closely with jobsite managers and engineers on boundary, roadway design,
<br />construction and special purpose surveys. Also responsible for crew
<br />administration, vehicle maintenance, crew safety, ordering and maintenance of
<br />supplies and equipment.

<br />
<br />NW 44th Street Passive Park and Oakland Park Boulevard Passive Park, Sunrise -
<br />Project Manager. Topographic survey of sites for design of future parks for
<br />recreation and natural preserves. Project size is 40+ acres. Const. Cost: $8 Million.
<br />
<br />City of Miami Gardens Livable Neighborhoods, Miami Gardens - Project Manager.
<br />Design survey of four areas of Miami Gardens. Total size - Approx. 190 acres plus.
<br />Survey existing roadways and common use areas for re-design. Approx. total
<br />project cost - $15 Million.
<br />
<br />Harlem McBride Drainage Improvements, Oakland Park - Project Manager
<br />responsible for 3-D High Definition Laser Scanning. Design of 1.5 mile of road and
<br />rights-of-way. Project cost - $1 Million.
<br />
<br />Port Everglades Passenger Bridge Load Study, Fort Lauderdale - Project Manager.
<br />Study of mobile passenger loading bridges for stress from empty to under
<br />maximum load for durability and structure failure. This was in response to the
<br />failure of the loading bridge to the Queen Mary II.
<br />
<br />CityPlace, West Palm Beach - Project Manager. Construction of 55+ acres of
<br />infrastructure, roadways and buildings, retail and residential, as-builts of the same.
<br />Total construction cost - $550+ Million.
