Coordinated airline representatives, consultants, <br />and contractors to resolve issues on a daily basis during construction phases. <br /> <br />Construction Manager (1981-1983)-Phillips Petroleum Company, Bartlesville, OK <br />Represented Owner on Pier 66 Hotel Renovations and Addition in Fort Lauderdale, <br />Florida. Coordinator of construction between managers, trade contractors and <br />consultants for $40 million dollar renovation. <br /> <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />NW 44th Avenue Passive Park and Oakland Park Boulevard Passive Park, City of <br />Sunrise, Broward County - Responsible for Construction Management of <br />construction of $4.9 million Passive Park Project. The Parks consist of water, <br />sewer and drainage for restroom facilities and associated parking lots, walking <br />paths and landscaping. <br /> <br />Miramar Regional Park - Phase 1, Miramar - Responsible for Construction <br />Management for construction of an $8.8 million Regional Park. The project <br />consists of soccer fields, cricket fields, concession and restroom buildings, <br />corporate pavilions, playground areas and the installation of water distribution <br />system, sanitary sewer system, storm water improvements, roadways and parking <br />lot construction. <br /> <br />N.E. 38th Street Roadway Improvements, Oakland Park - Responsible for <br />Construction management for construction of NE 38th Avenue from NE 12th <br />Avenue to Federal Highway. Project consists of storm water system, water <br />distribution system and roadway re-construction. Construction cost is $3.3 million. <br /> <br />Green Acres Municipal Complex, Green Acres - Responsible for Construction <br />Management of construction of the infrastructure for City Hall and Public Works <br />Facility. The project consists of installation of water distribution, sanitary sewer <br />system, lift station, storm water system and roadway and parking lot. <br /> <br />Oaks at Hidden Harbor, Dania Beach - Responsible for construction management - <br />Cost: $10 Million. Design and permitting of an 8 acre - 55 unit multi-family <br />development along the Dania Cut-off Canal. Design included water, sewer, and <br />drainage facilities and well as an off-site sewer extension. <br /> <br />South port Phase VII and VIII, Broward County - ResponSible for construction <br />management of Port Everglades Southport Container Yard Project.
