<br />Trails Park, The project entailed the design and development of six dugout structures totaling 768 sq, ft, as well as a 512 sq,
<br />ft electrical building, The new structures have been designed to refiect the architectural style of the existing park buildings,

<br />TOWN OF DAVIE VISTA VIEW PARK

<br />ACAI has been contracted to provide Architectural services associated with the further development to the Town of Davie's
<br />Vista View Park, The $6,8 million, 60 acre expansion to the existing 270 acre park entails the design of a gate house structure,
<br />office and maintenance facilities, a large pavilion and a restroom building, Vista View Park is sited on the old Davie landfill
<br />which was closed in 1987 and underwent extensive cleanup and restoration to become a popular spot for county residents,
<br />joggers and cyclists,

<br />BROWARD COUNTY PARKS BOND ISSUE

<br />ACAI was selected by the County to serve as Owner Representative, Under this contract, ACAI was responsible for the
<br />preparation of design criteria documents forthe Design Build projects scheduled for District 5, The parks under this contract
<br />included C,B, Smith Park; Brian Piccolo Park and Markham Park, The scope for C, B, Smith Park included roof replacement,
<br />bridge resurfacing, a concession deck, utility replacement, pavement repair & re,stripping, fence replacement and exotic
<br />vegetation removal. The scope for Brian Piccolo Park included street light replacement, Irrigation, Velodrome cracks,
<br />Ballfields, Pavement repair & restriping and fence replacement The scope for Markham Park included roof replacement,
<br />utility replacement, pavement repair & re-striping, path, boardwalk & trail repair, fence replacement and exotic vegetation
<br />removal.

<br />The Welcome center plan is based on the Four Square Georgian plan where the formerly open center breezeway connecting
<br />the two fianking wings is enclosed, the model for the later Florida Plantation House, The Museum is designed with attached
<br />"pens" for ease of movement within the necessary climate controlled space, The restaurant and Bar complex is united by an
<br />open pavilion breezeway, The Educational Center is an open covered with north-south and east,west breezeway,
