Project Experience <br /> <br />North Shore Bandshell Park Improvements, Miami Beach, FL <br /> <br />This project consists of proposed improvements to the existing Bandshell Park located east of Collins <br />Avenue between 72nd and 73rd Streets within the City of Miami Beach. The project includes a new <br />walkway connecting the park to the beachwalk at 72nd Street; the widening of the south sidewalk at <br />73rd Street which will require either the removal or reconfiguration of on-street parking; the demolition <br />of the bus shelter; landscaping, outdoor accent and security lighting; reconfiguration and/or addition <br />of walkways; installation of an electronic marquee; installation of the "Beatles Mandala", a mosaic tile <br />artwork; and new urban elements such as drinking fountains, trash containers and bike racks. <br /> <br />Working with Carty Architecture, Chen Moore and Associates is providing services including civil <br />engineering, landscape architecture and irrigation design work that includes conceptual drawings forthe <br />72nd Street walkway and 73rd Street sidewalk; design development/final design submittals; estimates <br />of probable construction cost; government permitting (including Miami Beach, PERA - formerly DERM, <br />FDOT, FDEP, and Fish & Wildlife); bidding assistance; and construction administration services. <br /> <br />Deerfield Beach Main Beach Parking Area Improvements, Deerfield Beach, FL <br /> <br />Chen Moore and Associates provided conceptual planning to address traffic circulation, landscaping, <br />lighting, parking layout, drainage and existing facility conditions.
