<br />Mr. Dueno currently serves as a senior
<br />engineer with Chen Moore and Associates.
<br />He is currently a project engineer on the City
<br />Center and South Pointe Right of Way
<br />Improvement Projects for the City of Miami
<br />Beach. He has also worked as a project
<br />~ngineer in neighborhood improvement
<br />'-ojects for the Cities of Dania Beach, North
<br />I
<br />IVJiami Beach, Key West, and Pinecrest, as
<br />well as Miami-Dade DERM. His experience
<br />includes planning, pavement marking and
<br />signage, streetscape, stormwater modeling
<br />and design, water main design, permitting,
<br />and cost estimating.

<br />Project Experience
<br />North Miami Beach NE 168th Street
<br />Right-of-Way Improvements. Mr. Dueno
<br />was responsible for planning, pavement
<br />marking and signage, streetscape,
<br />stormwater modeling and design, and cost
<br />estimating. Chen Moore and Associates
<br />designed stormwater improvements,
<br />traffic/roadway modifications, sidewalks with
<br />ADA grading considerations and on-street
<br />parking improvements for the mixed use
<br />neighborhood of North Miami Beach. Services
<br />included survey, geotechnical investigation,
<br />design, permitting, bidding assistance and
<br />limited construction observation services.

<br />Miami Beach City Center Right-of-Way
<br />Improvement Project. Mr. Dueno was
<br />responsible for planning, pavement marking
<br />and signage, streetscape, water main design,
<br />permitting, and cost estimating. Chen Moore
<br />and Associates is the prime consultant
<br />responsible for the planning, design,
<br />permitting, and construction administration
<br />for enhancements within the public right of
<br />way areas of Lincoln Road between
<br />Washington Avenue and Collins Avenue for
<br />the City of Miami Beach. The project included
<br />extensive public coordination due to the high
<br />profile nature of this segment of Lincoln Road.
<br />Unique Sidewalk/crosswalk materials and
<br />patterns were utilized along with specialized
<br />tree wells, a proposed median and extensive
<br />landscaping with uplighting to provide a
<br />pedestrian friendly environment and
<br />distinctive look to this prominent area of the
<br />City. In addition to the streetscape elements,
<br />new bus stop areas and shelters, stormwater
<br />drainage improvements and roadway
<br />resurfacing are proposed. The project
<br />required extensive coordination with FOOT
<br />due to improvements proposed along Collins
<br />Avenue (State Road) and the specialized
<br />materials specified,

<br />Miami Beach South Pointe Phase
<br />III/IV /V - Right-of-Way Improvement
<br />Project. Mr. Dueno was responsible for
<br />planning, pavement marking and signage,
<br />streetscape, stormwater modeling and
<br />design, permitting, and cost estimating..
<br />Chen Moore and Associates is responsible for
<br />providing surveying, planning, geotechnical
<br />investigation, design, permitting, preparation
<br />of construction documents, bid and award and
<br />construction engineering and inspection
<br />services for infrastructure improvements
<br />within the public right of way areas of the
<br />South Pointe III/IV/V neighborhood of Miami
<br />Beach. The project encompasses
<br />approximately 19,000 LF of ROW
