<br />Mr. Villegas has 17 years of experience in the area of foundation design and construction testing operations.
<br />Mr. Villegas experience includes providing geotechnical services to residential, commercial, bridge and
<br />highway projects. His experience includes soil investigation, foundation designs, piling works, ground
<br />improvement works, vertical drains, slope stability analysis, overall stability of reinforced earth walls, and
<br />earth works. He is familiar with field testing of soils, concrete, structural steel and asphalt in accordance with
<br />ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, AWS, AISC and FD.O,T. standards, Mr. Villegas has extensive experience in
<br />managing large government contracts for the FD,O,T., The Turnpike District, Palm Beach, Broward, Dade,
<br />Martin and Fort Pierce Counties,

<br />As a geotechnical engineer, Mr. Villegas has fifteen years of experience in geotechnical investigation and
<br />evaluation for transportation, commercial, and residential projects. His experience includes subsurface
