His background <br />includes construction material testing, construction engineering and inspection, engineering <br />management, geotechnical engineering, and threshold building inspection. Mr. Dickinson <br />has successfully managed operations for firms specializing in construction materials testing <br />and inspection and geotechnical engineering for over twenty-five years, as well as serving <br />as a project engineer for seven years previous. He has managed Florida Department of <br />Transportation (FDOT) contracts as both a prime and sub-consultant, is a Threshold <br />Special Inspector in Florida, and a Professional Engineer in both Florida and Colorado. <br /> <br />Mr. Dickinson has also served as Senior Project Manager, Quality Control Manager and <br />has managed QC services on several Airport and FDOT projects. This includes managing <br />CQC services on numerous contracts during construction of Denver International Airport <br />(DIA), supervising over 100 technicians' and professionals with 3 on-site laboratories.. <br /> <br />Quality Control Representative Project Highlights <br />Mr. Dickinson has served as a Project Manager providing QA and QC services on a variety <br />of project in both the private sector and in the public sector. On some projects he has <br />managed the contractor's QC program, and on other projects he has represented the <br />owner, providing QA, Verification and Threshold Inspection services.
