<br />Mr. Murphy's capabilities include wetland jurisdictional detenninations, environmental feasibility studies,
<br />Phase I ESA's, seagrass surveys, marine turtle lighting surveys, environmental permitting, mitigation design,
<br />and mitigation monitoring. Mr. Murphy has perforn1ed a number of endangered and threatened species
<br />surveys, jurisdictional determinations, and environmental monitoring reports. He has prepared numerous
<br />Phase I ESA's and has experience in many types of environmental pennitting, including residential docks,
<br />marinas and coastal development.
