On the north side of the property, a raised wall is <br />offset from the sea wall several feet, creating a visual barrier to the water. The north part of the park site <br />is directly adjacent to the rock bridge accessing Atlantic Isle. There is a significant grade difference in an <br />area adjacent to the west wall. <br /> <br />South site: Already cleared, It is also a linear site between Collins Avenue (East) and the Bay (west).
