<br />Mr. Rodriguez has over 20 years of Civil Engineering experience of which
<br />approximately seven years have been as project manager. He has been
<br />the primary point of contact for public and private sector clients for projects
<br />ranging from Municipal utility improvements, roadway resurfacing and
<br />reeonstruction, as well as County local and area wide drainage
<br />improvements. Mr. Rodriguez has spearheaded the Environmental
<br />Resource Permit (ERP) and Corp of Engineer Dredge and Fill permitting
<br />efforts on numerous projects. He is intimately familiar with the Miami-Dade
<br />Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) standards and specifications as
<br />well as with the permit process through the Miami-Dade County Department
<br />of Planning, Environmental and Regulatory Affairs (PERA), the City of Doral
<br />Works Department, the South Florida Water Management District, the
<br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection and US Army Corp of
<br />Engineers.
