The waterpark will be located in one of the existing <br />Sun Life Stadium parking lots. Our transportation scope was <br />developed to provide planning and engineering support <br />services with respect to Access Management, Vehicular and <br />Pedestrian Circulation, as \Nell as Parking Allocation and <br />Management. <br /> <br />To date for this project, Langan has: <br /> <br />. Designed a revamped Stadium parking layout of <br />approximately 20,000 spaces in order to absorb the1,500 <br />spaces to be lost by the development of the water park. <br />. Evaluated zone specific parking for tailgating, redistributed <br />ADA compliant spaces to attain improved access to the <br />stadium, and relocated the bus drop-off and pick-up sites <br />to provide better circulation. <br />. Examined impacts of game day travel patterns as a result <br />of new development in the vicinity of the Stadium. <br />. ReviellVed the current operations plan with the Stadium <br />Management team and developed suggestions for <br />improvement. <br />. ReviellVed the site access configuration and made <br />recommendations for roadway improvements, inclUding <br />identification of areas that may require signalization. <br /> <br />481 <br />
