BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size. and cosl) <br /> <br />Scope/Description; <br /> <br />Multiple buildings with a total area of 22,000 square feet, at different phases of completion, under construction and bidding, our <br />recent work at Miami-Dade County's Haulover Park consists of the Beach & Marine Safety Facility (currently in bidding and a joint <br />project of the Park & Recreation Department and the Fire Rescue Department), the Marina Dock Master Building (under <br />construction) and four comfort stations (completed). The Beach & Marine Safety Facility features a nearly 80 ft. tall observation <br />tower ("lighthouse") and includes a training room, lounge, offices, locker rooms, exercise room, conference room, storage and <br />vehicle storage. The Dock Master Building also features a smaller "lighthouse", and the building includes a multi-purpose room, <br />restrooms, offices, conference room and other support spaces. <br /> <br />Estimated Construction Cost: $7 Million <br /> <br /> <br />25.
