This project <br />is part of an effort for the city to buy abandoned or <br />dilapidated properties and convert them into green <br />public spaces. The park, which is currently in the <br />planning stages, will consist of child playgrounds, <br />amphitheaters, sculpture gardens and other <br />pedestrian and recreational areas. <br />
