BRAMSON VOICE OVER FOR HISTORICAL FILM <br /> "FROM SANDBAR TO SOPHISTICATION" AGREEMENT <br /> CONTRACT NO: C0708-073 <br /> THIS CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT� (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made <br /> in duplicate, this ann <br /> d day of `c 2008, by and between the City of Sunny Isles <br /> Beach, Florida, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Seth H. Bramson, (hereinafter referred to <br /> as "Performer"), whose Federal I.D. is# <br /> WHEREAS, the Performer is a renowned writer and has a vast collection of historical and <br /> contemporary photographic images relating to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desired to retain the Performer to provide an introduction and voice over <br /> photographs presented during filming of the City's historical film production entitled "From <br /> Sandbar to Sophistication"; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Performer has submitted a proposal to provide said services in an amount not to <br /> exceed One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) as more particularly described in the <br /> attached Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, said film will provide a medium to inform residents and the general public about <br /> the City's rich and distinctive culture and history. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, as part of the consideration for this Agreement, the City and Performer <br /> hereby declare and agree to the following: <br /> 1. Recitals. The above recitals are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br /> 2. Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin upon execution date of this Agreement <br /> and shall terminate upon completion of the Performer's services. <br /> 3. Services. The Performer shall provide an introduction and voice over photographs <br /> presented during filming of the City's historical film production entitled "From Sandbar to <br /> Sophistication", as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit"A". <br /> 4. Compensation. As the entire compensation under this Agreement and during the term of <br /> this Agreement, in whatever capacity rendered, the City shall pay Performer a total fee of One <br /> Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), to be paid in two (2) increments as follows: (1) <br /> Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) upon execution of this Agreement by both parties and <br /> presentation of an invoice for 50% of the total contract amount (i.e. $750.00); and (2) Seven <br /> Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) upon completion of the services, acceptance by the City, and <br /> presentation of an invoice for 50% of the remaining contract amount (i.e. $750.00).
