I <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />PROJECT NAME: Main Entrance Road <br />CLIENT'S NAME: Florida Memorial <br />University <br />Mr. Al Burnside <br />305 - 626 -3668 <br />TYPE OF FACILITY Main Entrance & <br />OR SERVICES: Roadway Design <br />SRS PROJECT FEE: $18,550.00 <br />COMPLETION DATE: December 2003 <br />KEY INDIVIDUALS Ignacio Serralta, P.E. <br />INVOLVED: Jean - Claude Fontaneau <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />SRS provided engineering design and construction <br />support services to Florida Memorial College for <br />the construction of the new main campus <br />entrance road and relocation of existing utilities <br />along Wilkie D. Ferguson Way. The new campus <br />entrance road connects the campus with N.W. <br />42nd Avenue. The scope of work also included the <br />preparation of designs for the closing and removal <br />of the existing entrance road. Additional work <br />included the design and relocation of existing <br />utilities that conflicted with future construction <br />including sanitary sewer, gas, compressed air, <br />chiller water lines, and electrical lines. <br />The project was divided in two phases. Phase 1 <br />consisted of the design and preparation of <br />construction documents for the project. This work <br />included the development of detailed design <br />drawings, specifications, cost opinions, processing <br />applications and permits (civil related), and <br />construction solicitation support services. Phase <br />2 included construction administration support <br />services for review of shop drawings, request for <br />information, construction observation, change <br />orders, requisition approval and final project <br />construction closeout. <br />-.,.
