The project also incorporated the first
Traditional Neighborhood District Zoning adopted by Miami -Dade County Board of
County Commissioners.
Throughout the past three and half years, SRS Engineering, Inc. has displayed
exceptional management and oversights abilities with the completion of the various
construction items that were part of the initial phase of this redevelopment project. Mr.
Serralta and his staff are utmost professionals, diligent and detailed oriented. I was
most impressed by his accessibility and responsiveness to complex inquiries from staff,
and the Agency's Board members.
It would be an utmost pleasure to have an opportunity to work with him again in a future
endeavor.
Sincerely
Jorge ernandez, Jr. Coordinator
Co munity Redevelopment and Municipal Services
