TBSKIND <br />The undersigned, on behalf of LPLA Partners, LP, the Developer of 17749 Collins <br />Avenue, a proposed Condominium to be known as The Mansions at Acqualina, hereby requests <br />your favorable review and consideration of the following: <br />Pursuant to the authority of Section 265 -57(a) of the City's Land Development <br />Regulations, administrative approval is sought for the placement of a temporary banner sign <br />along the street frontage of the proposed Development to be located at 17749 Collins Avenue. <br />As you are aware, this site is to be developed as a luxury, hi -rise residential building. <br />There will be significant construction ongoing for a period of time. Naturally, the construction <br />site will be secured with all requirements, all in an effort to ensure the safety of all construction <br />activities, as well as to provide for the proper screening of the site. In this regard, it is LPLA <br />Partner's request to install a banner type sign along the frontage of the property, which will <br />identify the Project both in wording and in graphics and, as a temporary sign, will serve to screen <br />
