No. Z2012 -06 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The request is consistent with the Land Development Regulations and the <br />Comprehensive Plan. At this time, City Staff has no objection to the Applicant's request. <br />KI WMIG&I <br />The Applicant is requesting a modification of the approved site plan under City <br />Resolution 11 -Z -123 dated November 17, 2011 to increase Floor Area Ratio (FAR) by <br />obtaining additional FAR bonuses and Transfer Development Rights (TDRs). The total <br />approved FAR equals to 500,039 sq ft. and the total requested FAR equals to 543,887 sq <br />ft. There is no other modification requested to the previously approved site plan.
