Killian Hill Multi-Use Path | 2-8 Planning and Urban Design | 2-8 <br />Atkins | City of Sunny Isles Beach, RFQ No. 12-04-020006.027944.0512 <br />City of Panama Beach Community Redevelopment Area Transportation <br />Panama City Beach, Florida <br />Atkins was selected as the general engi- <br />neering consultant for this comprehensive <br />roadway redevelopment program and has <br />provided engineering design and construc- <br />tion administration services for multiple <br />projects that have been completed, includ- <br />ing Churchwell Drive and Richard Jackson <br />Boulevard, and for multiple phases of South <br />Thomas Drive/Front Beach Road now under <br />construction. <br />The project involves reconstruction of <br />virtually every major roadway within the <br />city, converting the existing eight-mile Front <br />Beach Road corridor into a multimodal <br />facility with equal emphasis on pedestrians, <br />bikes, and vehicles.
