This is done <br />with an Urban Design Review <br />Committee which contained <br />experts from a variety of fields <br />including Transportation Planning, <br />Urban Design, Urban Planning, <br />Traffic Calming, Engineering, <br />Architecture, and Construction <br />Management. <br /> <br />Upon approval of the urban <br />design plan, various elements will <br />be sent to design. Design & <br />Construction Documents are <br />reviewed by the Urban Design Committee eight times to assure the initial <br />integrity of the plan is maintained. The project then goes to bidding and <br />construction. This effort coordinates a myriad of disciplines from planning <br />through implementation and coordinates them with city, council, and state <br />agencies as well as the public. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
