<br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach ∙ RFQ No. 12-04-02 – Planning & Urban Design <br />2-30 <br />Minimum Qualifications <br />The Corradino Group and its subconsultants are registered corporations in good <br />standing with the State of Florida. <br /> <br />The Corradino Group has been in business for more than forty-one years, <br />providing similar services to municipalities across Florida since that time. <br /> <br />The Project Manager, Joseph M. Corradino, AICP is a multiple, award-winning <br />certified urban planner, who has been working in the field since 1993. Mr. <br />Corradino has been a member of the American Planning Association for nearly <br />twenty years, and is a past chairman of the local chapter of the organization. <br />He has managed similar efforts in multiple municipalities including: Miami Beach, <br />Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Homestead, Doral, <br />Miami Gardens, South Miami, Hallandale, West Park, Sarasota, Islamorada, Key <br />West and others. <br /> <br />Members of the team that will work on this project each have more than five <br />years of experience in the field.
