Homestead Urban Design & Planning <br />General Consulting Services <br />Homestead, Florida <br />Client: City of Homestead <br />Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. (B&A) acted as the City of <br />Homestead urban design consultant, reviewing all residential <br />projects with a site area of 5 acres or over for compliance with <br />the spirit of the city’s urban design guidelines. Additionally, B&A <br />has the responsibility to recommend to the Planning and Zoning <br />Board approval of administrative variances as deemed necessary <br />to obtain the best residential design for the City. <br />B&A staff sat as advisors to the Homestead Planning and <br />Zoning Board during their meetings. B&A reviewed site plans, <br />met with developers and architects and evaluated potential <br />administrative variances. <br />20
