SGM was responsible for the
replacement and relocation of 46 street light that currently serve Dunbar Rd. to
Sunrise Ave. SGM coordinated with their facilities maintenance staff to understand
their needs, standards, determine a realistic schedule for the design/engineering
effort, meeting notes, probable construction cost estimate and finally obtained
technical cut sheets of equipment desired such that aesthetic uniformity was
achieved in the type of light pole/fixture installed. SGM engineers visited the various
project locations to obtain existing data related to pole locations and sidewalk
conditions. This effort will also constitute SGM to provide full Construction
Administration services for the one and one-half months construction (1.5 months)
schedule desired by the Town of Palm Beach. Upon completion of the construction,
SGM is responsible for implementing the As-Built drawings and delivering the record
set to the Town as a CD and a hard copy 11x17 set of documents.
2010 Orange County Fire & Rescue, Fire Station #35, Orlando, FL – Mr. Escott
was an Electrical Engineer and Commissioning Agent on this project. SGM
developed the owners OPR documents, reviewed drawings during construction,
developed the commissioning plan, attended construction meetings, witnessed
equipment start up, performed functional performance tests on the equipment and
provided Test & Balance services.
