Hines, CMC, City Clerk City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center 18070 Collins Ave. Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 RE: CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FIRMS ONLY (CCNA) It is with great interest that Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners (WA), submits its qualifications as prime consultant to provide architecture and engineering design services to the City of Sunny Isles Beach for continuing services with an emphasis on parking garages and community centers as noted in the RFP. WA is well versed in the design of garages and community center, currently the firm is designing a stand alone garage for The Palms Hotel in Miami Beach, FL, and the community youth center WA designed for the City of Florida City is under construction. As one of the longest tenured multi - discipline design and planning firms in South Florida, WA offers architecture and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil engineering services in -house and will provide a single- source of responsibility for the City. As a result of WA's unrivaled relevant and current experience, the firm understands the scope of work for a Continuing Services contract of this type. WA has been recognized as one of the most dynamic design firms in South Florida and has earned a reputation for initiative as well as outstanding achievement and performance. The firm continues to demonstrate to many of the local municipalities a consistent ability to comprehend and meet the requirements for the most challenging programs, design, schedule and budgetary constraints. WA brings the relevant experience with public projects, design creativity, organization, resources and commitment to successfully deliver this continuing contract. Over the past 35 years the firm has provided comprehensive design services for numerous related community centers and parking garage projects, thus we are uniquely positioned to successfully execute this project for the City. The strength of our team lies with its experience, depth of resources and staff to handle multiple projects at once. For continuity, stability and professional knowledge, WA has teamed up with O'Leary Richards Design Associates (ORDA) to provide landscape architectural services for this project. ORDA has collaborated with WA on numerous projects and have enjoyed a long professional relationship.
