(STE) is a privately owned consulting Engineering, Surveying and <br />Planning Company formed in 1993 By Michael R. Fawley, P.E. and Michael Gai. The firm is <br />licensed by the State of Florida Board of Professional Engineers, Surveyors and Mappers and have <br />offices in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. <br />STE is a full- service engineering and surveying firm employing twelve full time professionals <br />providing engineering services from master planning, site planning, platting, value engineering, <br />project management to construction management and inspection services for a wide array of <br />infrastructure facilities for public and private clients. Based in Broward and Dade County, we serve <br />the entire South Florida area. <br />As indicated, Mr. Clifford Loutan, P.E. will act as Project Manager for this project. As project <br />Manager, he will be the City's contact person. Mr. Loutan will be responsible for collecting and <br />reviewing all field reports and testing results ensuring conformance with design plans and permits. <br />Mr. Loutan has been involved in numerous projects of this nature in South Florida and particularly, <br />Dade County and is eager to assist the City. His expertise includes the planning, platting, Project <br />Management, design, permitting, contract administration and construction services for large utility <br />capital improvement projects, as well as feasibility studies and the design and permitting of site <br />improvements associated with land development. <br />STE has established an outstanding record of continuing growth, of expansion of services offered, <br />and of providing quality service to our Clients. STE is uniquely qualified to support any size project <br />and serves as a vital team member with owners, developers, engineers, surveyors, government <br />agency staff, attorneys, ecologists and contractors.
