'14-OF sutN P" <br />Planner accredited with the American Institute of Certified <br />Planners (AICP). <br />• The selected Individuals shall have been in business and have a <br />minimum of five (5) years experience in providing planning and <br />urban planning, professional services in the State of Florida. <br />• The Individuals must identify a Team Project Manager who must <br />be a member of the American Planning Association and have a <br />minimum of seven (7) years experience in Urban and Regional <br />Planning preferably American Institute of Certified Planners <br />(AICP) certified and Congress of New Urbanism (CNU -A) <br />accredited, and have served as project manager on similar <br />projects on a minimum of three (3) previous occasions within the <br />State of Florida. <br />• Team members and sub - consultants must have a minimum of <br />five (5) years of experience in providing urban planning and <br />related services with a team member accredited in the United <br />States Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and <br />Environmental Design (LEED). <br />4.2.1.4 TRAFFIC ENGINEERING & TRANSPORTATION CONSULTING <br />• The selected Individuals shall be registered engineering <br />Individuals licensed with the State of Florida. All professional <br />services shall be performed under the direction of a professional <br />registered with the State of Florida and qualified in the specific <br />field (i.e. Professional Engineer). <br />• The selected Individuals shall have been in business and have a <br />minimum of five (5) years experience in providing engineering, <br />professional services in the State of Florida and must demonstrate <br />their understanding of FDOT design standards and policies for <br />FDOT roadways and Miami Dade County Standards and policies <br />for traffic calming and street closures. <br />• The Individuals must identify a Team Project Manager who must <br />be licensed in the State of Florida as a Professional Engineer and <br />have a minimum of seven (7) years experience in architecture <br />and engineering and have served as project manager on similar <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 12 -04 -01 <br />
