Ross <br />Engineering is committed to professional excellence, providing clients with exceptional, <br />innovative and cost - effective engineering services. By taking advantage of the latest <br />technology in engineering software; keeping on top of the latest design techniques and <br />permitting criteria; and bringing together some of the strongest design and testing <br />professionals in South Florida, the Ross Engineering, has come to signify success in Civil <br />Engineering since 2003. Ross Engineering, Inc. is a State of Florida, Miami Dade County <br />certified CBE firm. Our proposed team includes Cousins Surveyors & Associates, Inc. to <br />assist with surveying task work orders that the City may require. Ross Engineering has <br />worked very closely with Cousins Surveyors on a variety of public and private sector projects. <br />Our proven team of professionals is the best choice for this continuing contract because we <br />will provide highly qualified assistance to the College; our firm is committed to this project. <br />Several of Ross Engineering's municipal and private development projects have obtained their <br />permits and are going into the construction phase. Ross Engineering is dedicated to hire <br />additional staff should the workload dictate the need. <br />Some of our Public Sector projects similar to the scope of work for this proposal include the <br />City of North Miami Continuing Professional Engineering Services, the City of Hallandale <br />Beach City Services and Comprehensive Services Agreements, Broward County Library of <br />Professional Services, and The School District of Palm Beach County Civil Engineering <br />Services on Continuing Contract. The Ross Engineering team is very familiar with working on <br />a task work order basis. <br />Ross Engineering has worked on many projects with various cities and has extensive <br />knowledge Civil and Environmental Engineering including roadway, stormwater, water, and <br />sanitary sewer design. Mr. Ross has worked on FDOT and MDX roadway design projects, <br />helping to prepare the roadway construction documents, create a design and construction <br />schedule through Microsoft Project, prepare estimated quantities and review Contractor bids. <br />This job continued throughout the Construction Inspection and Mr. Ross was at the site to <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach RFQ 12 -04 -01 <br />Continuing Professional Architectural & Engineering Services Individuals Only (CCNA) 5 <br />
