Some of Mr. Ross's work includes design of stormwater masterplans for the City of North Miami Beach Basin 5 Improvements, Doral and Immokalee, and has designed storm water pump stations for the City of North Miami Basin 5 Improvements. Mr. Ross was the drainage district reviewer and planning Engineer at Central Broward Water Control District. Ms. Melissa Ross, Ross Engineering's Utilities Project Engineer has worked on many Neighborhood Improvement Projects as well as many other Municipal projects and has provided water and sanitary sewer design and analysis for many different municipalities. Currently, Ms. Ross is working as the Construction Engineering Manager with Miami Dade County's Water and Sewer Department on the rehabilitation of over 2 million feet of sanitary sewer gravity pipes throughout Miami Dade. Ms. Ross is involved in the sanitary sewer manhole inspections, pump station wet well inspections, sewer gravity main CCTV inspections, and also provides a report to the County to include the repairs of the identified defects and provide repair recommendations. Ross Engineering has a great reputation with the permitting agencies in obtaining the permits in record time. We strive to keep the client happy. Our proposed project manager for this project is Robert J. Ross, P.E., who has a total of 18 years of project management experience, 9 of which are with Ross Engineering, Inc. The role of the project manager, Robert J. Ross, P.E. is to serve as a point of contact for the engineering contract. Mr. Ross, as overall manager / facilitator, will review each task work order and coordinate closely with the appropriate task team leader to accurately define the scope, fee proposal and schedule . Throughout each task work order, Mr. Ross will routinely review the progress being performed to ensure the project is on schedule, that proper agency coordination is being done, and that the work product receives proper QA/QC before submittal. Mr. Ross will also serve as Ross Engineering's Principal in Charge and will be the Engineer of Record for all task work orders and will provide QA/QC and constructability review for all design work.
